Apollo Property Management, founded in 2004 by Paul Kiebler and located east of Cleveland, Ohio in Chardon, has expertise in managing many types of apartment communities and complexes, including Class A, B, and C properties. Apollo's current portfolio contains properties ranging from 48 units to 632 units, and everything in between. Our company currently managing properties in 5 states (Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina and Pennsylvania), Apollo has the capability to effectively provide apartment management services in different states. Apollo Property Management prides itself in achieving occupancy rates in the 90%'s in all of its various apartment community types.
Apollo's roots began in managing multiple properties affiliated with Apollo's ownership. Apollo has many years of experience in managing assets from the owner's perspective. Accordingly, we know the goals of property owners, and we know how to go the extra mile for our owners and make the right choices for their properties to produce the most positive results.
Apollo also has experience managing student housing communities. Apollo took over a 600+ bed property in 2008, and leased it up to 100% occupancy for the upcoming school year, after the property had previously experienced two consecutive years of occupancy is the 65% range. Student housing management is a unique business that comes with its own set of challenges, including student management, specialized leases, enhanced property supervision, enhanced property rules and regulations, rapid tenant turnover, and high volume unit turnover. Apollo's core group of supervisors have gained expertise in these areas that first-hand involvement in order to produce successful results.
