The Ivy Apartments is Slippery Rock’s newest and finest off-campus housing community. Truly in a league of its own, The Ivy is luxury and comfort with all the perks a college student could possibly want. Our gated community offers 2 and 4 bedroom apartments, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, full size bed, dressers and desk included. Fully equipped kitchens including stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, garbage disposals and large pantries are just a few of the bonuses The Ivy considers standard. Purchasing furniture a problem???? Well, you don’t have to worry about that at The Ivy!! Each apartment has leather living room furniture, bar stools, dining room table and chairs, front loading washer/dryer & tons of extra space. Looking for something to occupy the minimal free time you may have? Our clubhouse is open until 10:00 p.m. every evening and there are plenty of amenities to help you relax.
Enjoy our state of the art fitness center, 2 FREE tanning beds, and computer center with internet access and printer, pool table, Wii gaming equipment, large screen TV with DVD player and much, much more!! Located less than a mile from Slippery Rock University, we are close enough to walk to campus….but you don’t have to. The university transportation system visits our community several times an hour and will drive you to campus or downtown Slippery Rock!! Our friendly, attentive staff knows that you are our number one priority and they go above and beyond to show it. Enjoy all the pleasures of college living and the freedom of not living in a dorm.
