Qualified candidates will have hands on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping and apartment prep. They must also possess customer service skills. Individuals must be trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines. Position also requires some on call responsibilities. If you are a hard working individual that enjoys responsibility of maintaining your own building, then this position is for you.
