Apollo Property Management, LLC is a real estate development and property management company located in Chardon, Ohio. APM provides property management services for apartment communities and complexes, student housing apartment communities and condominium homeowner associations. We have developed and managed over 3,500 multifamily residential units from Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania to St. Petersburg, Florida.
Over the last 10 years, Apollo Property Management has completed more than $250 million of development and has in excess of $350 million of development in various stages of completion. Ownership is also well versed in hospitality management, and owns several other commercial and resort properties.
Apollo was formed in 2004 by Paul Kiebler, the managing partner. and other property management leaders with over eighty years of experience. The foundation of Apollo has a group with experience in ownership, development, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and personnel management. Our diverse background has a proven track record of successful property management in several markets throughout the United States.
A hands-on leadership by example approach is the key to our successes. Our philosophy in management is based on synergy. We have a solid management system with structure and direction. This leads to a well informed and knowledgeable staff and produces positive results.
Apollo’s financial support team has strong real estate accounting and financial backgrounds. Our accounting department utilizes checks and balances to support the field leaders and the site personnel. Control measures and consistent review of financial performance guidelines are in place to ensure revenues maintain their highest potential. Reviews occur regularly to ensure accuracy of lease charges, bank deposits, and account coding.
